To answer my own question.. I used to live in Amarillo, so there's one, Now I live fairly close to Omaha, there's Bob Seger's "Turn the page".. and whoever sings "We're an American Band" both mention Omaha...

Philadelphia....Bruce Springsteen and also another by Mark Knopfler (sp?). Also, Hey Saint Peter by Flash and the Pan comes to mind. I know I'm missing some, but that's my short list.
