Which excludes the monarchs regnant such as Elizabeth I, Catherine the Great, Ravalona of Madagascar.
We have not reached, but we are rapidly reaching, the point where a female head od state is "so what".

Prime ministers are not strictly heads of states Alec but you're right that female heads of states are becoming quite common now.
