Uh...Joe Biden would make a great president. Why does not winning the presidential race make him a poor potential president? I think Hillary would have made a fine president, as would Kerry, Gore, Dukakis, Mondale, Richardson, etc.

You must be kidding, right? Either that or you are forgetting Biden's multiple terms in the Senate, where he picked up both national and international experiences while making important legislation. He is quite qualified on day 1, should the worst case happen, to step into the Oval Office, while Palin . . . isn't. By a mile. Just because someone didn't get elected to something, doesn't mean it detracts from him. Come to think of it, hasn't McBush run before?!?! lol

These people are not running for President. They're running for Vice President. The current presidential candidates are Senator Barack Obama and Senator John McCain. =)

I'll admit that Biden is pretty gaff prone, but Palin.. wow, she's something that makes me shudder. The idea of having an[other] extreme right-wing, Earth is 6000 years old, Bible thumping, ignorant leader just makes me cringe in an extreme way. I don't say she's stupid. She's not. But she is certainly is ignorant, and by that I specifically mean uneducated, and painfully unaware of just how huge the gap in her knowledge base is. What's worse is that she seems to be ear-to-ear smiling proud of her ignorance.

If a few failed presedential runs is your basis for not liking Biden, I'd really like to hear what you think of McCain.
