I do sometimes. I think it's important not to label yourself so thickly that you don't educate yourself on the other side. I like to remain educated and open

I can't listen to Hannity because it just serves to make me so angry I can't stand it, but Michael Savage is so over-the-top it's hilarious. And sometimes he says reasonable things.

My father used to. He'd laugh along with that crap all day long.

I prefer NPR personally. I like to listen to things I can agree with and learn from.

Yes, if I need to get in a good mood and have a great laugh. They are just so non-sensical that it's a great stress relief!

I try to listen to these guys, but conservatives are intolerant and narrow minded. It's either their way or the highway. Lucky for these guys, their listeners have short memories and an inability to think for themselves. This is great for Rush and Hannity because they can revise history anyway they want and there bobblehead listeners will just nod in agreement.
Just the other night Hannity interviewed Rush on his propaganda TV show and actually had the nerve to say this:
"You want your country to succeed, and you believe that his [Obama's] views implemented represent a failure, predictable failure. And conservatism would represent predictable success."
Conservatism represents a predictable success, are you kidding me? I know they are wealthy white men that are unaffected by the economy, but do they not know that conservatism ideology has put the country in the worst economic disaster since the Republican Great Depression of the 1930’s.
Rush and Hannity can get away with statements like this because their listeners are sheep and don’t care or are unable to look up information for themselves…

I am more moderate-centrist than liberal but, yes, I used to if only to hear how the "other" side thinks and feels. But eventually it became clear to me that these were not true conservatives, but merely muckraking clowns, pandering to the lowest common denominator. Cheap and tawdry bread-and-circus acts. Nowadays, when I want to garner serious conservative viewpoints, I simply read various journals and essays from respectable mainstream conservatives, who hold true to traditional conservative viewpoints, not neo-con nutjobs.

I don't care for the extremes on either side. Although I consider myself a liberal, I do listen to right wing radio sometimes. I find that it helps keep me honest, and while much of it is just name calling (not that the libs don't do it too), every now and then there are points made.

I have listened to them enough in the past, that an occasional stop is all I need to know the message does not change. They have brainwashed minions who hang on every tired slogan and tired idea. They can have them. I prefer to think for myself. If I want conservative views that reflect what is really conservatism, I find it through articles on the web and in print.

You only have to listen to idiots a few times to know if they will ever change. Real conservatives used to be smarter. Apparently market share rules the GOP now.

I don't consider me anything and I hate labels like "liberal," because they usually have a very bad cognotation. I'd like to think that I have my own mind and I don't associate with any party; however, over the past 8 years I've come to despise the Republicans and that's all their fault. Even before this whole fiasco when I pretty much had no political position and went with the punches, I loathed Rush Limbaugh. There was something about him, his voice and rhetoric that was utterly offensive, pompous, annoying, insulting and condescending at the same time, it was instinctive and I didn't know why but I couldn't stand him. After 8 years of George Bush, I know why and I understand why! So, the answer is no, I don't listen to those jackasses because they offend my intelligence, they have nothing to contribute, they don't challenge me or make me think but make me mad that there could be anyone who's so thoroughly blind and brainwash

I listen to Limbaugh as often as I can. He never ceases to substantiate my views, which do not coincide with his.

Every once in awhile I do. I consider Limbaugh to be about as far right as someone can get before they start stocking up on guns in preparation to claim their home a separate country.... So I listen to it just as a gauge.

It is interesting to see how they twist things. I can only take small doses of it as they both have that smug attitude about themselves.
