There really is no such thing as an accurate stereotype.

Yes. Because they are used as generalizations that do not take into account the differences of individuals.

Racism is hatred or intolerance of other races. Even if a stereotype is not accurate, or not even close to accurate, it would not be racist in and of itself. It could fuel racism however, for anyone that already is.
