What is the statute of limitations in VA for suing a contractor who did work on your house, and later finding damages that may have been caused by that work?

    are you seriously considering suing a contractor for damages he MAY have caused?

    call your local city offices and ask your legal questions but remember, it is up to you to prove the contractor caused the damages.
