-
All now, for I am happy with the Religion I am a participant in. Nothing wrong with other Religions, but am just happy with mine so no need to go looking for something else.

I don't want to convert to any religion. However, I am interested in many of them for purely philosophical reasons, especially Taoism, Buddhism, Hinduism, Jainism, and the Native American religions.
-
Satanism.

I would not join any religion that tells you what to believe and doesn't encourage its members to think for themselves. So that rules out most of Christianity, Judaism, Buddhism, Islam, etc. Reform Judaism and Unitarian Universalists are among the few that don't tell you what to think and encourage you to think for yourself.

NO OTHER ONE! Christianity is just perfect for me, thanks! - Donnie "God Loves YOU" Glax

At the moment, any of them, but I'm open to persuasion, although I don't think I would ever become involved with a modern pseudo-religion like Wicca or Satanism.
-
Environmentalism, liberalism, Islam and a ton more....

All of them.

Scientology. I don't even think it's a religion; it's a scam. It's a bad site, layout-wise (IMO) but there's a lot of information. http://www.xenu.net

Buddhism is not a religion. It is a practice. I do agree with Purple on the rest of it's answer.

I will consider every religion that I have not already considered. And I will look at any religion that I have rejected if something comes up that changes the reason that I did so. Key word here being "considered." I'll consider something, but that does not mean I'll agree or join. ;)

Jehova Witness. They knocked on my door yesterday and gave my hubby a pamphlet. He was gonna toss it, and I scooped it out of curiosity. It actually said that when you die, there is no afterlife. I strongly feel that I am spirit, living in a temporary body or 'vessel'. I believe that my spirit or essence will live on long after my human body perishes. After all, our spirits are just pure energy. You can't contain pure energy in the ground. If I am mistaken in my translation of this religion, I apologize. But, it was pretty clear in it's text.

Any organisation that seeks to control the masses and cow them int sheep like submission, to toil for their masters without complaint in a main hope of reward in a heaven.... so that basically covers all of the superstitious claptrap posing as religion

Regardless of your conversion or joining; The only relation with God is ISLAM. The Holy Quran. Islam supersedes the Judaism and Christinity. When you have time just go through the English Translation of holy Quran; you believe it or NOT it doesn't make any difference. RK

>>Every new religion is greeted as a pseudo-religion<< Christianity and Islam are both new religions. Christianity is only 2000 years old, and Islam is much younger. Anyone looking for an older, more seasoned religion might consider Zoroastrianism. It's one of the world's oldest monotheistic religions. It was founded by the prophet Zoroaster in ancient Iran approximately 3500 years ago. Zoroastrian worship is not prescriptive. Its followers can choose whether they wish to pray and how. ~BBC http://www.bbc.co.uk/religion/religions/ Of course, religions and gods go back much further in human history. Christianity is a Jesus-come-lately faith. I believe gargoyles are Christian-based. You see them high on Christian churches all over Europe, put there to scare the evil spirits away. Which is worse, evil spirits or gargoyles? _______________________________________

If I had to name ONLY one, I would say Christianity. While most of them are decent people, there are enough whack-jobs out there that I would be ashamed to be even remotely affiliated with them. I have a few other reasons too, but that would require a long discussion defining the distinction between regular Christians and Bible-thumpers and I don't feel like typing my way to Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.
