I don't know what god thinks about it (IF he exists) but I know it bugs the crap out of me

I have no idea what God likes.

I think they the overly extreme religious people, I like to call Holy Rollers, need to chill, if they werent so aggresive, people might listen to what they have to say.

There is a big difference between pushing your religion on others and telling others of the joy you have found. I don't agree with telling others that they must believe one way or another. I do feel that Jesus has commanded us to spread the word of God so that everyone can hear the word and decide for themselves. God is the one who gave us free will. He gave us the ability to either turn towards Him or away.

- True but some people take it too far and i believe that everyone knows the word of God in one way or another and have decided not to go there. So its rather annoying when people knock on your door and waffle on at you (well me anyway i don't like telling them to go away) or push their opinion and their God at you saying i'm doomed for hell and that they have the higher ground on all things because they are whatever. I doubt you can convert someone with words so why push it on people. If they're meant for it they'll be there.

- Some do take it too far. There are a lot of people out there who have never heard of God. I'm not talking about people in the US, but those in other countries. China and Nepal for example. I also don't feel that telling someone they are going to hell is going to do any good. If they don't believe in God, then why would they believe in hell?

- Thats a good point but some people do believe in souls and a threat to the one thing that will live on when they died (even if the don't wholly believe it) is still worrying. I live in the UK i get people at my door and then there's people on the net arguing themselves blue because someone has different opinions.

- Those people in other countries might not believe in "your god" but many countries have their own beliefs. This is what sets me off...Like the US religions have the inside on what god is or isn't.

- Christianity is not a US religion. It's growing like crazy in other countries and appears to be declining here. There are even other countries sending Christian missionaries to the US because of it.

Some young Christians are zealous and no wisdom yet. But their hearts are pure. There hearts have made a change to the right things and they want to share. With anything there are people that are not perfect. We have to look past that. If you dont like someone pushing just walk away. Dont make a big deal out of it. When I landed in the Bahamas I got approached by drug dealers that tried to sell drugs. I just walked away and did not make a big deal. What is really bothering you? Its not like someone is pushing evil on you. Cut some slack and have alil mercy. And if God exists how did you get here being so intricately made. Look at nature and how the bumblebee was made. It should not even be able to fly its wing span is too small for its size.That only God can do.Noone can force someone to believe that is a personal thing and only the one who has that experience can understand that. I was one who needed answers but one day I just had such an experience with God , I knew that I knew that I knew it was him. My life has atested to the change everyone can see and only someone outside of myself could change this heart and give me that kind of wisdom and love in my life. Nope not going to try and get you to believe you sound like you have made up your mind already. Jesus never forced anyone to do anything. I just share what he did for me. Chow for now.

If you would give God a name, we would know more about the answer to your question. Jehovan asks for fruit. Do you think Jehovah likes the people who push their religion onto others? Jehovah likes to be incharge when it comes to witnessing. the people who rush in on their own power are not as sucessful as those who operate under holy spirit power. people who rush in may be doing what jehovah wants them to do. just because the method is awkward doesnt mean it doesnt work.

Man, that fan club is the biggest argument for the non-existence of god. I tell you what, if I were the guy and I had that bunch of ignorant assholes doing all that shit and acting so stupid in my name, I swear, I would have come down here and smite the shit out of all them into hell in one swoop just for giving me a bad name

Well I figure if God is all powerful and all knowing, he wouldn't need people to spread the word. Since he's everywhere anywhere at all times we shouldn't need to spend millions of dollars for church missionaries.

  Half of the world is in poverty and some church leaders spend up to millions to erect a massive cross in front of their building. Theres one near where I live, you can see it miles away.

I just intensly dislike being told since I don't believe as they do, "I am going to Hell" and quoting scripture as tho that is an answer is an irritant also.
