In your opinion, is it wrong to be a points fairy? Why or why not?

I do not see it as wrong because the points really do noting more than give people a good feeling. If this was a game where the one with the most points win then yes I say it would be wrong to give them so freely. But as it is not a game and no one wins regardless of their amount of points I personally could care less how many points someone gets. My main goal here is to help people and if I can get a smile for the cost of some useless points then I see that as a very small gesture.
