I have the strangest hours. I get up at 4 am, go to work, get off at 2, take a 3 hour nap at about 5 and go back to bed for the night at about midnight. I have never been able to sleep straight through the night like some. I have tried to keep myself up, and skip the nap, and I still end up going to bed at midnight, so I only got 4 hours sleep, when I did this. When my body is tired, I nap. I average 7 hours total this way, but it has been 6 lately, I have only been able to nap for 2 hours.

As early as my kid allows me to. Usually it is 1.00 am. Still I manage 6 hours of sound sleep. Although doctors recomment 7 hours minimum, it really depends on the individual and for me is sufficient.

On nights like these, just after 7am. Damn night shifts.

Same thing on night-shifts, but I alternate weeks. Average about 3.5 to 4 hours sleep per day, even on my "week off" (in which I work an average of 32 extra hours). Thank God for Red Bull!

I try to get to bed by 10 P.M. I get about 7 hours of sleep, I need to be up at 5 A.M. on work days. I seem to get much more accomplished when I wake up early.

I like to be in bed by midnight. That gives me 6 hours of sleep. When I get 7 hours I am really good to go! I only dream of getting 8 hours.

i stay up till about now... 1-2 AM... sleep till 6 AM... so thats ~5 hours.

I'm in bed by 1am the latest, and up around 830. I have two kids who sleep in for me!

I am in bed by 10pm on most nights, I get anywhere between six and eight very interrupted hours of sleep. I wake up every couple of hours all night.

Hmmm... Given that my shift at work is changing again... I used to go to bed around 3am and get up around 11am... Today, I start my new work schedule, so I went to sleep around 12am and woke up about 530am... Oh well, I'll be back on a day routine in no time!

Due to heavy school work I usually go to bed around 9:30-10:00 pm and wake up between 4:30-5:30. Crazy to get up when the sun is still down...

It depends, if I'm on AB the time gets away with me and before I know it, it's 2 or 3 am! Otherwise, around 10:30 - 11:00

I am good as long as I get about 4 hours of sleep. I am night owl. I stay up most nights until 2:00 and get up at 6:00ish. I think I will get enough sleep when I am dead.

I usually go to sleep at 11PM and I wake up between 5-6AM.

i usually stay up all night at least once to twice a week due to a combination of heavy schoolwork and little self control socially. Otherwise I'd be lucky to go to bed at 3AM (but my classes start at 11AM), unless I really screwed up my sleep schedule and go to bed around 3pm to get up at 1am...

I would try not to stay beyond 1.00am. I would usually get about 7-8 hours of sleep.

Well last night I stayed up until 6:30am, usually get up about 10am. Yes I have problems sleeping :(

Some nights later than others,I generally sleep 8 or so each night(thanks to medications)
