  • Definitely, my pitbull Alice is known as Peapod, Pea, Bee-Boo and Peeper. Peapod because she sleeps on the bed with me and curls up in a sort of pod-like semicircle, and the rest just silly variations that make her ears perk up.
  • We've had our dog for awhile now, I'm pretty sure it has a name. I still call it "The dog" though. Does that count as a special nickname? It comes from the heart
  • I acquired a baby ginger tom cat and named him Leo. However, this tiny baby cat grew loads on the outside but not on the inside. He was like the Peter Pan of the feline world, so we always called him Kitten, even though he was one of the biggest cats around. He hated going outside, he would wait for me coming home from work, he always knew what time I would come home. He would follow me all around the house like my shadow. We only called him by his real name - Leo - when he had to go to the vets. There is a sad end to this tale. When me and my ex split up and I moved out of the flat, Kitten disappeared one day and never came back. I spent 6 weeks looking for him, put up posters, knocked on people's doors, looking in their gardens, but I never found him. This was 4 years ago, and I still wonder what happened to him.

  • Yes! The white cat is Glacial Blaze Blue Eyes. He is a Flame Lynx Point Applehead Siamese. Since he got "fixed" and gained weight, we often call him Marshmallow Bunny Butt!! The Blue Russian's name is Lovey Dovey Flees. To me she is so nice and cuddly, but to others she isn't. This is how she got her nickname of Meanness. As you can tell by this photo-it shows that she has that type of mean streak in her. The calico is named Schizo Human Kitty. She sometimes gets called Skitty Kitty or Shittles-because she is flippy a lot of the time. Don't let this picture fool you, she just loves to pose for the camera.
