I have not filed my taxes in 5 years. My husband has his own business. He is paid in cash. How do I file my taxes now without him? Do we file together or seperate. Who claims head of household?

You can (and should) file as "married filing separately." You can also file late returns for the past 5 years. You might want to ask your husband what kind of cakes he'd like you to send him when he's in federal prison.
