Question

Help answer this question below.

A few days ago I had my second interview. I have not been in the market for a new job in several years. I was wondering if there are signs the interviewer may give if they really like you. They were hard to read so I can not tell if I did well. Ideas?

I don't know of anyone who went in for a second interview that wasn't offered a position.

They would never call you in for a second interview if they weren't really interested in you. Good Luck!

That you were called for a second interview is the best sign there is. Send a letter immediately thanking the interviewer for their time and consideration.

You may call the place you applied for a job at least one time without being pushy. Call and ask if the position has been filled or if you are in the running for the job.
