i paid for an inspection and none of it was noticable. the inspector could not remove the cabinet to check if the W/D hook up was there.
Why were these things not discovered during the inspection or walk through?
Is it true that when you have more than say 7 renters to 21 units, can it make it difficult for home owners to sell because the lenders see that the ratio of renters is higher than owners?

If your house if selling at an auction because of forecloser, is the auction date the day you have to be out of the house by?? We dont know when we have to be out?

You're reading I bought a condo which was listed wrong. it says it has a washer dryer hook up. it doesnt. it said there was hardwood floors under the carpet- there isnt! there was a water leak in the celing that was simply painted over. do i have a case

With the exception of the water leak, you are probably out of luck. The controlling document is your contract. Anything that should have been discovered by an inspection is on the buyer. It does not matter what is "noticeable," what matters is what a reasonable investigation would have revealed. We do not expect a buyer to rip up drywall in order to discover potentially hidden problems, so the water damage you may have a case on (depending on how you bought the property).
