Where is the worst and best part of Sofia, and how are those sections of the city the worst & best?

    Best or worst for what? The best for living is the central part and some of the southern regions are good too. The center is the most expencive. Most of the northern regions and some others are...not the best choise but are cheeper. In few words: the center and some south parts are the prestigious ones. It also depends on the type of the building...
