Help answer this question below.
The whole decomposition of dead tissue would be screwed up. Not to mention the food chain for things like spiders and frogs.
what does humans becoming extinct and robot flies have to do with this?
It would be paradise! Well, not really, there would still be the religious fruit-cakes around only they won't have flies on them
We already have artificial flies... flies like tiny airplanes to spy other countries!
What, besides, would happen if humans become extinct?
Nothing? There are 1,800 known species of Black Flies, and 11 species are already extinct and the living species are evolving. So either they will go extinct, the question is how they will go extinct. Either they will evolve into a new species while or they will be killed be another species and yet another species new or extant species will evolve in its place.
People sometimes forget that there have been mass extinction events in Earth's History and often new species flourish once dominant species are removed.

A fruit fly landed on my apricot mango yogurt, and I didn't realize it was there until after I put a spoonful in mouth. Perhaps I'll die?
