I believe you may get some help here if you are a bit more specific - such as the type of MP3 player you have :)

what kind of mp3? If you haven't noticed, they're all different. If you have vista or maybe even xp you can probably just plug it in, go to Computer (where it lists drives) and click the mp3 play icon, then drag your music there. If you have an ipod things are different. Help us to help you.

Every player is different, so you have to download the disk into your computer (that came with the player) and read the instructions.

That would depend on what type of MP3 player you have. Some you connect to your computer thru a USB cable, the PC recognizes it and you then drag your songs in mP3,aac, WAV or whatever format is needed for that perticular player to that device. If it's an Ipod or Zune etc... you need their software. Such as Itunes for an Ipod and so on.

Most of the time mp3 players have software on them which enables you to download your music files on there but in case that doesn't work open your music in windows media player and go to copy to cd/device. Find your music and click copy and it will put it on there.

If you want legal downloads, then you should stick with sites like http://www.reloda.co.uk/, http://cchits.ning.com/hits/, and http://hype.non-standard.net/ -- when you see music you'd like to try, right click on the download link, and Save As... If your mp3 player is connected to your computer, you can download directly to your mp3 player by browsing to your player.

Well, it all depends on the mp3 player. Each mp3 player should come with separate software which will either work off an existing downloading program (exp: winmx, limewire) or the mp3 player will have its own program which will let you download music and put it on your mp3.

Well it all depends on what you want to do. Do you want to take the music from a cd and put it on your Mp3 player, or do want to directly download music tracks from the internet on to your mp3 player. If you want to get music from a cd onto your mp3 player, you will first need copy your cd with windows media player or another cd playing software. You will need to change the format into "Mp3" format by "ripping" it. "Ripping" a CD is basically copying music to your computer.

After you have the files properly formatted on your hard drive, you can remove the drive from your mp3 player and plug it into a "usb" port on your computer. You then go to your hard drive, find the files you copied, making sure they are in the proper format, and then move them to the drive of your Mp3 player.

OK lets say you want to download music directly from the internet. You need to see if any special software is required to assist in the downloading process. Normally you wont need any. You just hook up your device to a "usb" port, go to your settings and look for "usb mode" or connect. With some devices you wont need to do anything, because they will automatically be detected as a removable hard drive.

Next you will need to find out where the files will be stored. Depending on which music download vendor you choose, some will allow you to buy one track at a time, if this is the case you can download one track and see where on your device the file was stored, and then proceed to buy further tracks and choose the same location to store them. If not, the files can be stored in different locations and the device will find them once you disconnect from the port.

Downloading music to your mp3 player is easy and fun. Depending upon the capacity of your Mp3 players hard drive or flash drive you can store hundreds of music tracks, giving you hours of listening pleasure. Once you download music for the first time you will find out how easy it is. Learn more at http://www.ez-files.com

    Blackberry.

When you buy one, it comes with a USB cord, essentially, all you do plug that into your comps USB and the easiest way is too use a media player to sync them onto the MP3 player. I don't how to use iPods, but for regulars ones that's how it works. When you plug it in, a prompt should appear anyways asking you if you want to put music on it.
