I believe this is true. When I became an EMT they told us not to waist our money if we had a felony because the state would not give us our license.
You may want to inquire further and make a call to the local fire station and ask them.
Is it legal for a cop to go 100 mph while on the highway in order to catch up to the next group of cars to see if someone is speeding?
