Why is the "no-fly list" so secret that even Congresspeople have been prevented from looking at it?

    Because then Ted Kennedy would have known he was on the list before he got stopped by airport security and he would've gone ape. Or was it Patrick Kennedy? One of them.

    Really, it's because this administration believes congress can't be trusted. Unitary executive and all that crap.
