Yes you do and there's a good chance that they will eventually realise their mistake. If you have spent the money already and as this is their mistake, you can ask your employer to accept repayment in installments instead of a lump sum - they usually agree.
Yes, legally you have to pay it back. And, it's the right thing to do.
Whether they ask for it back or it's illegal to keep it, it's not yours and you shouldn't keep it. Remember..."what comes around....goes around'. And I'm here to tell you that you get paid back for what you do---so make it good things that you get "back around".
Yes they ask for the money back. and legally you dont have to pay it but, they could put it on ure credit, when I got overpaid by the navy I never paid them back but they did put it on my credit
