You're reading Is it compusory to drink milk, for people living in USA, because they won't get sufficient Vitamin D from sun ? are they prone to vitamin D deficiency if don't drink milk?
Comments
Thank you for the reply, but my question doesn't really say "lack of sun", its the vitamin D from sun. I came up with this question because i see vitD in milk, yogurt and someother foods, and got the doubt-what is the necessity of taking vitD in foods, when we get sufficient from sun ? (that happens when there is sufficient sunlight to synthesize vit D ) in that case it would be vitD toxicity rather than vitD deficiency ( as we are getting it from two sources)
if i accept u r answer, i get the doubt regarding VIT-D toxicity ?
