Filet mignon with gorgonzola and balsamic reduction, oven baked potatoes with fresh herbs, green beans with toasted almonds. For dessert, fresh berries floated in italian soda with a sprig of mint.

    Or a TV dinner. ;-)

Light with no fat or alot of protein. How about apple sauce, graham crackers or toast, with butter and jam if you like it, or some plain/bland soup like tomato, or chicken noodle. Stay away from the creamed soups, as they are very rich. A bananna would be good also. Milk is OK if you have no more than maybe 4-6 ounces. Yogurt would be Ok I would think also.

With being sick, I would start out with toast, and see how it goes. Soup is pretty good, but not a creamy soup, more like chicken noodle.

There's no indication of where you live or what the time is.

What are you in the mood for?
    Breakfast?
    Lunch?
    Dinner?
    Late-night snack?

    Something you can make yourself?

Would you rather go out to dine?

What kinds of food do you like?

What kinds of food don't you like?

Dinining alone or with another or others?

The Qs go on and on. We, those who want to answer your Q, need some additional information - please.

Thanks for asking your Q! I did my best to answer it.
