It depends on the amount of Adderall you are taking and how your body reacts to it. You are the best person that can give you advice on how Adderall will react in YOUR body. Keep in mind that it is a stimulant, such as any methamphetamine, and it will most likely increase your heart rate. Your heart is made of muscle and will be basically working out on Adderall as it works harder than usual. So if you work out/run too hard on your medicine, your heart will be doing a great deal of work, straining the cardiovascular muscles. If your muscles are strained too hard, you may encounter heart problems. So, to answer your question specifically with the knowledge learned: It would be safer not to take Adderall before a cardiovascular excercise, especially if you dont excercise regularly! People will strong cardiovascular muscles can get away with this with minimal problems, but with a weak heart, you should take as many precautions as possible. Don't overwork your heart. Excercise regularly. Live healthy.
