Help answer this question below.

We bought our house in June of 2006 for 132,000. Since then I have been accepted to med school in West Virginia and we have to move. How can we avoid paying capital gains? We wanted to pay off the credit cards from applications and home improvements.

I can't give you any advice on the question, But CONGRATS on getting into med school, I would love to get into med school but I have to actually Understand pass General Chem first.....What type of medicine do you want to go into??
