When someone says something abusive about someone else in their profile can answerbag do anything about it?

    Yes.

    There's a grey area though. If it's just an insinuation most likely the AB staff would just ignore it.

    However, if it's a direct accusation (someone has been named), I'm sure the staff would place the "bad" user in the Penalty Box and delete the offensive material.

    I would report it to a CL. If you are named by someone else and then abusive things are said about you, there should be some recourse for you. AB tries very hard to balance free speech with propriety/civility. :)
