No, but fertility declines with the age. By the way, women have evolved menopause because childbirth is a big risk, and it made evolutionarily no sense for a women to gamble the life of all kids she already has at this relatively old age for only one additional child. Men aren´t involved in childbirth, so it pais their genes do go on reproducing till they die.

No, since they never menstruated in the first place, they certainly can't stop. Menopause is the permanent cessation of menstruation and estrogen secretion from a woman's ovaries. But men can get something called andropause, a term sometimes used to describe the natural testosterone decline in men as they age, often with erectile dysfunction. The most common symptom is a diminished sex drive. 80% of men with documented andropause complain of low libido and an inability to maintain a strong erection. THey also can have some of the same symptoms as women like hot flashes, night sweats, fatigue, muscle/joint aches and emotional symptoms like mood swings, irritability, depression, and listlessness.

Men do have andropause which is similar to menopause. The symptoms are very similar; hot flashes, and the works. I've been through them. I'm castrated, and comfortable with the outcome. Having no balls is indeed comfortable.

No, it wasn't whoa. In my case it was necessary. I had testicle troubles in my teens, and that caused a lot of pain in my groin. At age 25, both of them were removed, and to this day I feel comfortable with that. Did it affect my sex life? NO! My wife knew I had a problem and encouraged me to get them removed. It seemed to be a family problem because my father had varicoceles and so did my grandfather on my mom's side. Based on that, I decided it was better to lose my testicles than be rendered an invalid because I had pain there. I have no regrets about having it done thanks to a compassionate and competent woman urologist. I went through hot flashes after I was castrated. The lack of testosterone was something to deal with, and my wife had some good laughs over it because she had lost her ovaries several years before. We joked about both of us being neutered.
