  • My one-year-old loves to repeatedly touch everything in his room, but especially the pattern his Spider-Man nightlight makes on the ceiling. My two-year-old has a veritable arsenal of techniques, but tonight is night two of the coup de gras: as I’m walking out the door, she’ll stop me with a “Daddy?” then continue, “I love you so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so much!” When I reciprocate, she’ll start again: “I love you so so so so … much!” They’re too smart for their own good….
  • Once you finally get them into bed, all tucked in, he says he wants something to drink and eat. And who would let their child starve? its a good trick. He knows bedtime is coming up when we start asking him before we take him up "What do you want to eat?" etc. And he knows once he eats hes going to bed, so he says hes not hungry and wont eat. Its frustrating.

  • water,bathroom,hunger,homework..theres so many I cant begin to name them all
