I found a labelless bottle containing about 20 round pink pills with no markings of any kind. they are a little smaller than a standard aspirin. My brother said they are antacids, is that true?

Hi- I'm a pharmacist, so the lack of markings tell me that it's an over the counter med. Your best bet is to call the poison control center at 800-222-1222. They have access to over the counter meds. I hope this helps!

They may be pepcid ac (acid controller). I just did the same thing recently and they looked like minature baby asprin. Is this what you have? If so, dang it, your brother may be right!
