  • Possibly...it depends on if your child's mother works. If she doesn't then you might be paying more for child support...Here in CA they can factor in a new spouses income for child support but usually only when one of the parents does not work.
  • My uncle got married and his wife's income counted towards child support. That was in Ohio.
