Does this count? I took a course called "Seminar in Sex and Culture" as an elective at my master's program. Maybe it was "easy" because of the interesting course content :)

Can't remember, a math course of some sort, but I almost failed it. I was the 'how the hell do you do this?' guy, and no one had come to me for help on that course. Consequently I'd attended the lectures but never even looked at my notes after that. whoops

I'm digging through my hazy memory on this one, but I am reasonably sure it was a class I took my senior year called "Music of the Vietnam Era". It counted as an Art History credit, which I needed to satisfy my major. Basically, the class consisted of the professor giving us a continuing narrative of the political and military circumstances of the war. Then, we'd just spend the next hour or so listening to really good music, or watching movies.

One of my Psychology classes was a guaranteed B if you just showed up for class. The Professor was a drunk; he never had any tests, and only once in awhile we had to turn in a report.
