Our previous HOA President and Vice were asked to step down after 6-years of not allowing elections. Now that they are not in office they both constantly disrupting our HOA meetings and flood our email alias with unwanted data. How do we stop this?

If you rent a mobile home prior to purchasing it and do not intend to move it does it still have to be inspected? I live in South Carolina.
