You probably fried something inside the tv. You being shocked makes me think that... Something is probably shorted or fried and needs to be replaced... As for what, I have no idea, try taking it by a repair shop and seeing what they say.

My roommate actually did the same thing to me. He moved my tv over on a desk so he could put his up to. He was slightly shocked moving my tv over and it stopped working. I took it by a tv repair place it some part had fried or something. He said it would take 50-80 dollars to replace so I just bought a new tv. Mine wasn't a flat screen, though, so yours might be worth just fixing, no idea.

On your remote there is a button called "input". Press it and it should change back to regular TV input.
