Can a company require clients to sign a non-compete agreement? I work from home as a weight loss/nutrition consultant. I have a specific "food plan" and I want to protect myself from clients taking this plan and competing with me. What are my options?

    Feel free to pursue, to the fullest extent of the law, any remedies against anyone who steals your trade secrets.
