Help answer this question below.

I suddenly can not have a bowel movement and cannot pass any gas rectally. My lower muscles don't seem to be working. I have a distended abdomin and abdominal pain and my lower back is aching but I do not have a fever. What's wrong?

I been having stomach aches and pain for a week, i don't have a problem going to the bathroom, i have alot of painful pressure on the lower right side of my stomach. I've been taking peptio and a bunch of gas medicine but it dosen't seem to be working.

About 10 day's ago I stopped having bowel movements. If I take a laxative to help I'm fine but as soon as I stop, the bowel movements stop and I only pass gas. I feel like I'm going to have a bowel movement but all it is is gas.
