  • probably low bandwidth.... when the vid starts playing pause it and wait for the rest of it to load see if that lets you watch it smoothly
  • That happens to metoo tho no idea what causes it but its really annoying
  • I've had it happen after the entire video has loaded. Youtube is just stupid...lol.
  • it can either be your computer, the video, or both. try just pausing the video, let it buffer and then play it. it buffers quicker when its paused
  • It's most likely your computer, but I would say pausing the video right after you click on it until you see the content completely loaded & then watch it, that has worked for me.
  • It's the video trying to buffer (load). It happens more often if you have a low connection speed or if you're viewing a high quality video.
  • I've been having a problem like this, but it doesn't continue. If i click to further in the video, it plays a few seconds and stops there, too. It's not all the time, but it's annoying.
  • i dont have this problem, but in past i hd seen this problem sometime , this is due to coz of your internet speed or it may be due to that video, coz there is limit of every website
  • This happens to me in a much more serious manner. The reason is that I live in a small village 15 miles away from the nearest Town where the POP or the Broad Band feeder is located. This POP feeder receives its BB feeds from a Server located in the City 45 miles away. So my download speed is < 1 mbps. The way I have found to overcome the problem of slow download of video content is to allow it to get fully downloaded and saved first and then to watch it in full without pauses at my own leisure. I spend time at the AB while the video or any other download is in progress.
  • 1) I gave this answer to a similar question: http://www.answerbag.com/a_view/1578671 But you can also look at the other answers... 2) You could check if this happens with all browsers. For instance you use Firefox, try it with Internet Explorer or Google Chrome. The problem could be related to a broken Flash player or to another plugin. Look at the interesting information on this forum: http://www.tweak3d.net/forums/tech/youtube-video-problems-firefox-freezes-2-seconds-32861 You could also try this (the free version): http://www.videoaccelerator.com/download/
  • Yes it happens to me a lot.
  • it's because a low-quality network, in any part of that... from YouTube Server until your Monitor, maybe you have slow connection, but you have said you have 1MBps speed, so it's not low speed, maybe you have trouble with your modem, is it working well? maybe your network device (Lan Port or Wifi) are not working well to transfer your realtime video to your computer from Internet, maybe your Bandwidth is busy with something, are not you downloading somethings from Internet when watching video, maybe your computer is infected with Virus or Spyware, some kind of them are downloader and will eat your bandwidth... you need to a computer engineer to check your computer problem, any is it, it's your network problem and it's very important... maybe you have slow ping (Ping: action which is intended to reveal the arrival time of a message from one computer to another) from YouTube and it will resolve with an Network Proxy Server. anyway, one engineer should check-up your computer. Contact me if you have any more question :)
  • I use Ant Video Downloader to download from youtube. Download and install Ant Video Downloader at http://ant.com/video-downloader/ Go to the page where the video is playing. Click the Download Button when video is buffering. When the download completes click the Player Button to play the video. It is totally free and contains no adware or spyware at all
  • sounds easy and usefulo. thanks
