  • Well that depends on where you live. Real Estate Property records are kept in the county Assessor's office, which may or may not be online in your county. Do a search for your county, state and "assessor".
  • As Ruh ROh has said, Goggle your County website (generally www.co.<county>.<ST>.us, but not always conforming to that convention). Then search for the Assessor's office or "Property Search". Your most recent property tax information may also include SOME information on your home. Lot size, foundation size, legal description, etc. -- possibly room counts -- are among the data that is readily available. If your County is not yet online, you will have to go directly to your county assessor's office and search the records which typically may be less detailed.
