Well, what kind of "Disk" is it? Std. 5.25", 3.5" "Floppy", "CD", "DVD"??? Do U have it in properly? Yes? What Op System are U using??? I don't have "Vista" as I don't consider it anything more than a "Hack Job" unworthy to be called an "Operating System". If on the other hand U have anything before "Vista", go to "Start", "Run" & select the "Drive" that the Disk is in. If it doesn't work, call "Mitchell" & see what "Systems" it was written for. John
