Is it worth to install a tire sensor?

    On what? If the vehicle isn't already so equipped, there is no provision in the on board diagnostics to read such a sensor. Checking tire pressures every other tankful of gas will usually give you all the info you need. In the event of a puncture, you will know soon enough without relying on a dashboard light to tell you.
