He hasnt been apart of the washington machine that has been running this country into the ground since W. got into office. He hasnt supported giving tax cuts to the rich during an expensive wartime. He hasnt ever used the "racecard" to his advantage. He hasnt had the petty, dirty dealings with banks like McCain did a few years back. He hasn't been running a dirty, insulting campaign with negative ads. He hasnt been afraid to stand up and say we need to end this war now. He hasnt been shy of facing the current economic crisis at hand. He hasnt been afraid to meet with foreign diplomats and leaders of nations like Cuba or North Korea without preconditions unlike McCain.

first, obama didn't bring the financial institutions to it's knees..the house and senate for the last 6 out of 8 years has been republican.obama brought attention to the housing crisis when he became senator and was ignored until recently by republicans.in fact mccain didn't recognize a problem as of Dec,2007.he voted 1 time against funding for the iraq war because there was no timeline, other than that,he voted in favor of money to support the war. as a illinois state senator , he supported a ban on assault weapons and tighter restrictions on firearms. on death penalty, he wrote bill on videotaping interrogations and confessions in capital cases.2004,he sought for enforcing existing trade agreements, not amending them. joined mcain in the senate that would set mandatory caps on greenhouse emissions.in 2006 voted for bill offering legal status to illegal's subject to conditons like payment of back taxes and fines, pass an english proficiency test and voted for Border Fence.
