Well, my taste seems to change often, but the best I've seen in awhile is Katt Williams (Big Money Mike from Next Friday.) He did an HBO special called "The Pimp Chronicles Pt. 1" that absolutely hilarious. Check it out if you can find it. Wanda Sykes is just flat-out hilarious. Carlos Mencia is funny because he isn't politically correct Bill Engvall is hilarious because he has perfect delivery, which can somtimes make things funnier than they actually are.

Definitely Jerry Seinfeld. In all of his routines you can relate to what he is saying and most things I have experienced myself, which puts a realistic "spin" on his comedy.
