Aerobics is good for the bod. It also confuses the dogs in the neighborhood so they don't chase after other pedestrian strollers and joggers. They are too busy barking at you and wondering what the heck you are doing.....

Increases the heart rate..tones mucles..builds strength and stamina..helps with weight control. Better done on sand than concrete..concrete is hard on the joints! :) ((hugs))

You get exercise to your muscles. Running in circles need constant velocity from you because you don't have to vary your speed. So that's a very good way of analysing to get to know the stability of your body.

i pace in circles uncontrollably when on the phone with someone i don't really want to be on the phone with. it keeps me from spacing out/going crazy. i get going pretty fast, but usually don't start running.

How about if you were running in circles pushing a mill stone to mill wheat? That would be productive!
