    If it is Sunday where you live, sleep in. No alarm. If you have something important to do or cannot sleep in late, then get up about 10 am and have a nice breakfast, read the paper and relax.

    7 o'clock if you dont go to work or not going to work tommorrow then set it to 12 'oclock i set mine to 3 on sundays.
