One hundred percent = PERFECT. That is an impossible standard. People do input inaccuracies. I would not use wikipedia as a source on any thesis or serious school assigment.

No, it's definately not 100% accurate, but I'd be suprised if any encycopedia is. Wikipedia is too open to the public to be too reliable, but for well known things that get a lot of input, I would count it pretty reliable. Wikipedia has it's own page that discusses it and openly admits it is not full proof. Check out the chapter on Criticism and controversy http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia

Agree totally with the others, as Wikipedia pages can be submitted by anyone, there can easily be inaccuracies. The fact that they can be peer reveiwed does not mean the peers reviewing are doing this to a high standard, or that they are qualified to review that subject. Government and education institution websites are often more reliable sources.

Not %100 accurate, but certainly more accurate than most (if not all) other encyclopedias. This is because of it's exposure and process.
