Help answer this question below.

I have a Dance recital tomorrow for Christmas and I usually get really nervous, do you know anything that would calm me down? Maybe an exercise or anything? Because I really don't wanna mess up, this is my chance!?

    A warm bath, and also deep breathing, from as low in your belly as you can..slowing in through the nose, and out through the mouth while lying or sitting in a comfy position. It helps calm most people down.

    Also you can try doing some positive visualizations of going to the recital and doing a GREAT job, as usual I am sure. If you know you can do it, no reason to worry that you cannot! :)
