the beach in the summertime, a midnight skinnydip then warming by the fire is fantastic - but snuggling infront of a roaring fire is always enjoyable too

It really depends on the time of the year. If it is fresh and cool outside, I would prefer the fireplace.

I love being next to fire no matter where it is! I love the warmth of the fire on one side of my body and the cold on the other.... that is something you don't get with anything else!

If it's a warm evening and during the summer, the beach is fun. But most of the time I prefer a fire in the fireplace or out on our front deck by the pond anytime, with blankets and moonlight and great company:-)

i like to be around a fire when its cold. i would say at home in the dead of winter.

well both sound great but if sex were involved, i would have to favor the fireplace more because sand in pretty, private places is somewhat bothersome :)
