  I had know this man 38 years ago, I thought of he and the people we knew throughout the years. We lived in the same state but not the city.   How can a 16 year old lose weight if I can't exercise at either of my parents and I absolutely hate exercising in front of people (so no gym). I really don't know what to do but I hate being overweight. I also only eat junky food on Thursdays and Sundays, every other day is fish, chicken, and salad

We're broken up now and my friend still comes around but he dosnt seem like a real friend he says I would never do that, and then bragged to me the other day about how he hooked up with a chick who has a boyfriend.
