I was tempted to say who cares, but here you go: He attended Southeast Missouri State University, where he famously failed a speech class with a "D." Limbaugh dropped out after one year. This would have normally made him eligible for the draft, thus to serve during the Vietnam War, but he was classified as "1-Y" due to an undisclosed medical problem. Limbaugh later stated that he was not drafted because a physical exam found that he had an "inoperable pilonidal cyst" and "a football knee from high school."

A FEW RANDOM THOUGHTS: If he can make $26 million a year, I'd trade half his brain for all of mine. Overbearing, obnoxious, offensive and proud of it! He is as critical of Bush as anyone. As a conservative, he finds GWB to be a centrist. I don't often agree with the extreme views he takes, but he fairly holds the media and politicians responsible for their actions and speech. Without Rush, both the Dems and the Repubs would be robbing us blind. I do credit him with "awakening" America to the bias and spin that exists in the media and politics. Be alert to see which presidential candidates the media "choose" for us in the coming election. Obama seems a favorite, but only in the media!

Rush is so far to the "Right" politically that he dropped out of Southeast Missouri State University after 2 semesters and 1 summer because he found out it was a "Liberal" Arts School. He did, however, graduate from High School, Cape Central High School in Cape Girardeau Missouri in 1969.
