www.wincustomize.com best one yet it also has screen savers,cool toolbars, blah blah blah and so on and so forth check it out man its very good just on the left hand side it says desktop wallpapers click that and there are pages and pages of pictures people made. you can also search your favorite picture and you can find it its just a good website for those things thats all. try it

Assuming you are using Windows: If you are referring to pictures to use as your background image, any site with pictures you like will work. Most website do not disable a right-click.
1)Find a picture you enjoy.
2)Right-click on that image.
3)Choose "set as background".
