  • Some variation on this kind of Kamik. They are not stylish, but we can redefine style when people bow to the sheer utility. They are totally waterproof, which is the main concern in Toronto's slushy streets, and will go a long way to providing warmth. They are nicely lined to keep you snug, and they have some serious treads so you don't fall on your ass on the middle on Bloor Street. Best of all, they are cheap.
  • Sorels are fantastic, I have a pair that I have been wearing for almost 10 years and they are still going strong. Good to minus 40.
  • i like the icebugs, not only do they keep you dry and warm but they have something on the bottom that keeps you from sliding on the ice and snow
