Christmas Day. It would seem weird opening the day before, for me. Every year I wake up on Christmas Day at 7 and open them with everyone. That way I don't know what I have before everyone I else know does. =D

On the day. But I've just been watching QI and apparently the Royal Family open theirs at 6pm on Christmas Eve because they follow German traditions.

When my bf and I are going different places for christmas day, we open each other's presents on christmas eve. But, usually, we all just open everything on christmas day

Some, I buy my presents with my mom and dad so I get them that day but the presents I get from friends and stuff drop them off 2 days before Christmas and I open them then.

We used to open them on Christmas day But we changed that about 9 years ago and we let our kids open them on christmas eve. That way we can just take it easy and enjoy Christmas day.

My husband and I share presents Christmas Eve, after the kids go to bed, so we have quiet time to ourselves, rather than the inevitable ruckus in the morning. Then, in the morning, we sit and watch our girls open presents and shift straight from the "mommy, watch me open this!" to the "mommy put this together please!" without any pause to open our own presents. We do wait to open presents the girls give us till morning, however.
